The Diriyah Biennale Foundation has achieved a significant milestone by being named a medalist in the highly regarded 2026 Art Basel Awards. This recognition places the Saudi Arabian cultural institution alongside esteemed global counterparts, including The Brick in Los Angeles and SAVVY Contemporary in Berlin, within the Museum and Institution category.

In a statement celebrating this achievement, Aya Al-Bakree, CEO of the Diriyah Biennale Foundation, expressed profound pride.
