Government College Women University Sialkot (GCWUS) has officially opened applications for admissions in 2026 across multiple programs, including Associate Degree Programs (ADP), Bachelor of Studies (BS), Post-ADP (5th semester induction), Master of Studies (MS), and Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) programs. The announcement was made in a statement released on Sunday.
Financial Aid and Scholarships
The university emphasized that financial constraints should not be a barrier to quality education. According to officials, GCWUS awarded more than Rs93.3 million in scholarships and financial assistance during the last academic year, benefiting approximately 2,000 students. Currently, over 11,000 students are enrolled at the institution.
The varsity outlined a range of available scholarships and financial aid programs, including the Honhaar Scholarship (Phase II and III), Higher Education Commission (HEC) need-based scholarships, Punjab Educational Endowment Fund (PEEF), MORA Scholarship, Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal support, University Financial Support Fund (FSF), Chinese scholarships, and various fee concessions.
