The Sindh government has decided to introduce a modern, technology-driven examination system across all educational boards in the province, with e-marking and digitalisation set to be implemented as part of sweeping reforms. The decision was taken during a meeting chaired by Minister for Universities and Boards Rahoo.

The meeting reviewed proposals for introducing e-marking, digitising governance systems, and modernising examination procedures. It was also decided to strengthen the institutional capacity of educational boards through technological upgrades and training.

Under the plan, board staff will be provided specialised training in information technology, while institutions will be equipped with modern scanners, cutting machines, servers, and other essential tools to support the digital transformation.
