Video Shows Comforting Her Dog
In a video posted on her Instagram, Kazim opened with a scene of comforting her dog after it returned indoors from the sweltering outdoor heat. She gently wiped the dog's face with a wet cloth to cool it down, jokingly questioning why it had gone outside in the first place. The tone then shifted into a meaningful plea.
Plea for Animal Care
Speaking on the soaring temperatures, Kazim stated, "It is hot outside. Just like you take care of yourself, drink water, and sit in a shaded place, you should also care for the animals the same way." She emphasized that responsibility extends beyond household pets. "Give them water, provide shade for them in a similar manner," she urged, adding, "Do that with stray animals, whether it be a dog or any other animal."
Simple Acts of Kindness
Kazim urged the public to perform simple acts of care, such as placing a bowl of water outside storefronts, gates, or balconies for parched animals. She also encouraged followers to allow stray animals to rest under carports, tree canopies, or building awnings without chasing them away, and to ensure home pets are kept in well-ventilated or air-conditioned spaces. This, she said, was "a small request, made with love."

In her caption, Kazim wrote, "This heat is hard on all of us. Imagine what it feels like for the animals who have no fan, no shade, no way to ask for help."
