Special Assistant to the Chief Minister for Home and Tribal Affairs Tariq Saeed Marwat on Friday directed relevant authorities to expedite the resolution of public complaints after meeting delegations from various areas of his constituency.
Delegations Highlight Civic Issues
During separate meetings at his office, the delegations highlighted civic issues, development needs and other matters affecting their respective localities. After listening to their concerns, Mr Marwat instructed the departments concerned to take prompt action and ensure that genuine public grievances were addressed without unnecessary delay.
Government Commitment to Timely Resolution
Speaking on the occasion, the Special Assistant said the provincial government would utilise all available resources to resolve the problems faced by the people and would not tolerate avoidable delays in addressing legitimate public issues. Referring to the policies of the provincial government, he said that, in line with the vision of PTI Chairman Imran Khan and the governance agenda of KP CM, the timely resolution of citizens’ grievances remained a key priority. He added that transparency, merit and accountability were central to the government’s approach to public administration.
Accessible Office and Efficient Service Delivery
Mr Marwat said his office remained accessible to the public and that every effort was being made to ensure the prompt redress of complaints, improve the delivery of public services and address basic civic issues. He also directed the departments concerned to deal with public matters efficiently, responsibly and with a sense of urgency.
Reaffirming Governance Reforms
Reaffirming the government’s commitment to improving governance, he said sustained efforts would continue to strengthen a transparent and merit-based administrative system while ensuring durable solutions to the problems confronting the people.
