She is the founder of Your SisterGram, a platform dedicated to celebrating women and highlighting their achievements worldwide. Additionally, she serves as a board member of Adanna, a London-based organization that promotes women's rights and empowerment.

Dr Sohail draws much of her inspiration from her mother, whose roots trace back to the village of Malakwal in Punjab. She credits her mother with instilling a strong sense of resilience, pride in her Pakistani heritage, and the ambition to represent the country on the global stage.
