Ishaq Dar described Marka-e-Haq as a powerful symbol of Pakistan's unity, resilience, and the unwavering resolve of its Armed Forces to defend the country's sovereignty and territorial integrity. He emphasized that Pakistan's response during Operation Bunyan-um-Marsoos was measured, lawful, and fully consistent with the United Nations Charter. The operation targeted only military installations, while he warned of the risks of escalation, harm to civilians, and threats to regional peace and security.

Reaffirming that the Jammu and Kashmir dispute remains a central factor in regional instability, Ishaq Dar called for a just resolution under UN auspices. He also cautioned against unilateral actions affecting the Indus Waters Treaty, highlighting the importance of adherence to international agreements.
