Commissioner Reviews RDA Pending Cases Progress

Engineer Asmir Khattak, commissioner Rawalpindi division and director general Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA), chaired a review meeting on Saturday to assess the progress of pending cases of the authority. He directed the RDA's legal team to expedite the resolution of cases pending before the Lahore High Court's Rawalpindi bench.

Directives for Expedited Disposal

The commissioner reviewed the status of ongoing litigation and instructed the RDA law officer and other concerned officers to expedite the disposal of pending matters. He emphasized the need for timely submission of replies, effective coordination among the relevant directorates, and strict compliance with court directions to ensure prompt resolution of all pending cases.

Monitoring and Accountability

Commissioner Khattak directed RDA officers to closely monitor the progress of each case and take all necessary legal and administrative measures to safeguard the authority's interests. He stressed that all concerned officers must perform their responsibilities with dedication and ensure that no negligence causes unnecessary delays in court proceedings.
