Formal Handover Ceremony Marks New Phase

Raja Jahangir Anwar personally distributed 70 newly manufactured carts to the concerned municipal teams, signaling the beginning of this expanded program.

Strengthening Commerce and Supporting Workers

The commissioner highlighted that this project reinforces the government's dedication to structured commerce, effective traffic management, and livelihood assistance for low-income workers. The establishment of model vending zones aims to transform the street vending landscape while maintaining urban order and beauty.

This expansion phase demonstrates the ongoing commitment to Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz's vision for urban development. The model cart markets are expected to provide legitimate working spaces for vendors while enhancing the city's overall aesthetic appeal and commercial organization.
