Commissioner Rawalpindi Engineer Aamir Khattak presided over the gathering, commending the RDA's diligent work on multiple fronts. He underscored the critical need for finishing projects on schedule, particularly those affecting the daily lives of Rawalpindi's citizens. Khattak warned that unnecessary delays not only disrupt essential services but also obstruct the city's broader, long-term planning objectives.

Director General RDA Kinza Murtaza delivered a comprehensive briefing, outlining the current status, encountered hurdles, and proposed changes for the authority's initiatives. Key projects under scrutiny included the proposed modification of the bike lane on Old Airport Road and the construction of residential houses for RDA officers. DG Murtaza reaffirmed RDA's dedication to employing modern planning techniques, boosting transparency, and maintaining superior quality standards in all its undertakings.
She placed special emphasis on the significance of digital systems like the e-Biz Portal and the e-FOAS system, highlighting their role in refining governance and simplifying public access to services.

DG Parks and Horticulture Authority (PHA) Ahmed Hassan Ranjha also presented an overview of his department's activities.
