Suspect Charged in Ealing Broadway Vehicle Attack

Timir Ahmed Mohamed, 34, of Grange Park in Ealing, has been charged with five counts of attempted murder after a car struck multiple pedestrians in west London, the Metropolitan Police announced on Sunday. The charges also include dangerous driving, failing to stop, failing to provide a breath sample, and criminal damage.

Police were called to Ealing Broadway at 2:29 p.m. on Saturday following reports of a vehicle hitting pedestrians. Five people sustained injuries in the incident. Two were treated at the scene, while three were taken to hospital with injuries that were not considered life-threatening or life-changing.

Court Appearance Scheduled

Mohamed has been remanded in custody and is due to appear at Willesden Magistrates' Court on Monday. The investigation is ongoing, and authorities have not disclosed a possible motive.
