At least two people lost their lives, and two others sustained serious injuries in a tragic road accident that occurred in Khanewal on Tuesday. According to details, the incident took place on Kabirwala Road when a car went out of control after its tyre burst and crashed into a roadside tree, leaving four passengers critically injured.
Police and rescue teams reached the scene after being informed and promptly shifted the injured to the District Hospital. However, two of the victims later succumbed to their injuries during treatment. Rescue sources identified the deceased as 25-year-old Bilal and 28-year-old Hamza.
