He called for necessary training programs to enhance the capacity of Emergency and Disaster Management staff, ensuring their readiness to utilize their skills when needed. The meeting also reviewed the ongoing tree plantation campaign in the city, where trees larger than six feet are being planted to ensure better growth and survival rates. This campaign actively involves students from schools, colleges, and universities, as well as civil society and the corporate sector, promoting broader community engagement in environmental protection efforts.
