According to a statement released by the Pakistan Cricket Board, the day began with fielding drills conducted by the coaching staff before the scenario match commenced. During the match, bowlers were tasked with delivering spells under various match situations to replicate different in-game conditions, while all squad members were given the opportunity to bat in different pairings across both days of the match. The team will observe a rest day on Sunday before finalizing preparations.
