DC Attock Inspects City, Orders Better Sanitation

Deputy Commissioner Attock Dr. Mudassar Ahmed Shah on Tuesday carried out a surprise inspection of different parts of the city to assess sanitation arrangements, civic amenities and municipal services, directing the authorities concerned to further strengthen cleanliness operations.

Inspection Details

Accompanied by Additional Deputy Commissioner (General) and Administrator Municipal Committee Attock Anil Saeed, the deputy commissioner visited major roads, markets, residential areas and public places. Chief Officer Municipal Committee Attock Sardar Aftab Ahmed Khan and other municipal officials briefed him on ongoing sanitation measures, waste management and the performance of sanitation staff.

Directives Issued

Expressing satisfaction with the progress while calling for further improvement, Dr. Shah instructed officials to ensure the timely collection and disposal of solid waste, intensify monitoring of sanitation staff and address public complaints without delay. He said providing citizens with a clean, healthy and hygienic environment was among the district administration’s foremost priorities, adding that all available resources were being utilized to improve civic services and maintain high sanitation standards.
