Deputy Commissioner of Shaheed Benazirabad, Abdul Samad Nizamani, along with Member of the Sindh Assembly Ghulam Qadir Chandio and Regional Director of Special Education Nisar Ahmed Brohi, conducted a visit to Sakrand to inspect the ongoing construction of the Special Education and Rehabilitation Centre, as well as a Public Library and a Public Park.
