MEPCO Muzaffargarh Intensifies Anti-Theft Drive and Service Improvement

MUZAFFARGARH - An online meeting was convened at the MEPCO Operation Circle Muzaffargarh, chaired by Superintending Engineer Engineer Muhammad Waseem Akhtar. The session saw participation from Deputy Commercial Manager Irshad Hussain Sial, XEN MEPCO Division Khan Garh Engineer Ubaidullah Khoso, XEN MEPCO Division Muzaffargarh, and other officials.

Directives on Meter Issues and Theft

Addressing the participants, Engineer Muhammad Waseem Akhtar instructed all field officers to personally inspect muted meter cases on-site and ensure their immediate resolution on a priority basis. He further emphasized strengthening actions against electricity theft, achieving recovery targets, and making significant reductions in line losses through effective performance by all concerned officers.

The Superintending Engineer reiterated MEPCO Operation Circle Muzaffargarh's dedication to providing superior services to consumers, ensuring uninterrupted power supply, improving recoveries, and enhancing the overall efficiency of the power distribution system by utilizing all available resources.

He stated that the operation against electricity thieves in MEPCO Circle Muzaffargarh would continue without discrimination. He made it clear that no leniency would be shown to power thieves within the circle, regardless of their influence or status.
