Sindh Education Introduces Face Attendance for Teachers in Qazi Ahmed

Chief Monitoring Officer Shaheed Benazirabad, Abdul Khaliq, visited a registration camp established at Government Higher Secondary School Qazi Ahmed to review the registration process of teachers under the online face attendance system in Taluka Qazi Ahmed.

Key Initiative for Education System Improvement

Speaking on the occasion, Chief Monitoring Officer Abdul Khaliq stated that the Sindh Education Department has taken an important initiative to improve the education system. He explained that under this system, teachers' attendance would now be marked through online face recognition technology, which will help ensure regular attendance in schools.

Registration Camp Details

He informed that the Education Department Shaheed Benazirabad has established a registration camp at Government Higher Secondary School Qazi Ahmed for the registration of teachers from Taluka Qazi Ahmed. A total of 2,231 teachers from Qazi Ahmed have been registered under the online face attendance system. The registration of teachers from the district's other talukas would be completed on June 16, 17, and 18.

The chief monitoring officer expressed satisfaction over the arrangements made for female and male teachers visiting the camp, including seating facilities and provision of drinking water.

Among those present on the occasion were Deputy Director Parvez Ali, Deputy Director Tariq Ali, Wajdan Qureshi, District Education Officer (Secondary) Humeira Mir, District Education Officer (Primary) Muhammad Saleem Bhatti, Taluka Education Officer Aftab Shah Soomro, and other officials.
