KARACHI: The Vice Chancellor of Sindh Madressatul Islam University (SMIU), Dr. Mujeeb Sahrai, visited the centers of final-term examinations at SMIU on Wednesday. He was accompanied by deans Dr. Jamshed Adil Halepoto, Dr. Abdul Hafeez Khan, and Dr. Stephen John; the controller of examinations, Furqan Iftikhar; and the registrar, Ghulam Mustafa Shaikh.
During the visit, Dr. Sahrai stated that today there is global-level competition for which one must prepare, work hard, and gain expertise in their subject instead of wasting time. He further emphasized that the present era is one of intense competition, where students who engage in cheating will not be able to progress or succeed in any field.
The vice chancellor urged students to focus on their studies and avoid dishonest practices. He reiterated that success comes only through dedication and hard work. The visit aimed to ensure smooth conduct of examinations and to motivate students to perform with integrity.
