DERA ISMAIL KHAN — Regional Police Officer (RPO) Ghulam Mubashir Maken has directed law enforcement agencies to ensure comprehensive security measures for Muharram, stressing that the maintenance of peace, public safety and sectarian harmony remains the foremost priority across the Dera Ismail Khan region. Accompanied by District Police Officer (DPO) Ziauddin Ahmed, the RPO visited several Imambargahs and sensitive locations, including Chah Syed Munawar Shah, Ustrana and Kotli Imam Hussain, to assess security arrangements ahead of Muharram.
