The prime minister stated that the government had fulfilled its promise to provide meaningful relief to the salaried class, businesses, and ordinary citizens through the budget. "The benefits of improving economic indicators will be extended to every citizen of the country," the prime minister said, reiterating the government's commitment to ensuring that economic recovery translates into tangible improvements in people's lives.

The economic team welcomed the prime minister's appreciation and noted that, despite limited fiscal space and financial resources, the government had successfully made every possible effort to maximize public relief in the budget.
Hajj 2026 Arrangements Recognized Globally
In a separate development, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif remarked that the global recognition of Hajj 2026 arrangements, achieved through the continuous efforts of the Government of Pakistan and the Ministry of Religious Affairs, is a source of pride for the entire nation.
During a meeting with organizers from the Ministry of Religious Affairs and winners of private Hajj 2026, the prime minister observed that service, hard work, and integrity are the qualities that make nations great, as stated in a press release from the PM Office Media Wing.
Pakistani Hajj Organizers Honored
During a briefing, the prime minister was informed that the government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia had honored three Pakistani private Hajj organizers with the 'Labbaytum Excellence Award' for providing excellent facilities to Pakistani pilgrims.
