The funeral prayers of three Balochistan Police personnel, who were martyred in a terrorist attack in the Sanjawi area of Ziarat district, were offered with official honours at the Sanjawi Football Ground on Thursday.
Attendance at the Funeral
According to the Balochistan Police spokesperson, the funeral prayers were attended by Deputy Inspector General (DIG) Sibi, Pervez Ahmed Umrani; Deputy Commissioner Ziarat, Abdul Quddus Achakzai; Superintendent of Police (SP) Ziarat, Abdul Malik; Provincial Minister Noor Muhammad Dummar; political and tribal elders; civil and military officials; police officers and officials; and a large number of people.
Burial with Full Honours
After the funeral prayers, the martyrs were laid to rest with full official honours. A well-dressed contingent of Balochistan Police saluted the martyrs, while the atmosphere echoed with slogans of "Long live the martyrs of the homeland."
Tributes and Resolve
The participants paid tribute to the great sacrifices of the martyrs and said that the services of Balochistan Police for defending the homeland, establishing peace, and eliminating terrorism would always be remembered. They reiterated the resolve that the sacrifices of the martyrs would never go in vain and that the nefarious intentions of terrorist elements would be thwarted at all costs.

It should be noted that Balochistan Police personnel were martyred in a terrorist attack in the Sanjawi area of Ziarat district the previous day, after which security forces also launched a search operation in the area.
