Reward List Made Public

Bannu police on Saturday published a detailed list containing photographs, names, and reward amounts for 40 alleged terrorists wanted in connection with multiple cases of terrorism and serious crimes. The suspects are sought for bomb blasts, attacks on security forces, extortion, kidnapping for ransom, target killings, and other heinous offences, according to police authorities.

Highest Bounties Announced

The highest reward of Rs10 million has been placed on the head of Akhtar Muhammad alias Khalil. Sardar Hayat alias Sufiyan and Sadiqullah Garbaz each carry a reward of Rs8 million, while Nasirullah alias Gidar has a bounty of Rs7 million. The lowest reward in the list is Rs500,000. District Police Officer (DPO) Bannu, Captain (retd) Muhammad Furqan Bilal, told the media that the total reward money for the 40 suspects stands at Rs15 crore 85 lakh (Rs158.5 million).

Additional Wanted Persons

The DPO added that the process of notifying rewards for several other wanted terrorists is underway, and their details will be made public shortly. The Bannu police have appealed to citizens to immediately share any information regarding these wanted individuals with the authorities.
