Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on Monday visited the residence of senior political leader Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan to offer condolences on the passing of his mother-in-law. The prime minister offered prayers for the departed soul and sought strength for the bereaved family to endure this loss.

During the visit, the prime minister also inquired about the well-being of Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan, who has been a prominent figure in Pakistani politics. The gesture was seen as a mark of respect and solidarity among political leaders across party lines.
Accompanying Delegation
Speaker of the National Assembly Sardar Ayaz Sadiq, Minister for Law and Justice Azam Nazeer Tarar, and Minister for Information and Broadcasting Attaullah Tarar accompanied the prime minister during the visit. The delegation expressed their condolences and paid tribute to the deceased.
Separately, the Federal Capital Court (FCC) has adjourned the hearing regarding the delay in the Nai Gaj Dam project until June 11. The case has been under scrutiny as delays have raised concerns about project completion and water management in the region.
