Sindh Spokesperson Listens to Public Complaints at CM House

Sindh Government Spokesperson Mustafa Abdullah Baloch listened to public complaints at the Public Complaint Cell established at the Chief Minister House in Karachi. He directed relevant authorities to take immediate action for their resolution, as citizens from different areas contacted the Complaint Cell to highlight issues relating to civic services and other public matters, according to a statement issued on Thursday.

Complaints Forwarded to Concerned Departments

The complaints were forwarded to the concerned departments for prompt action. Speaking on the occasion, Mustafa Abdullah Baloch said that the Sindh Government is committed to ensuring timely resolution of public complaints and providing relief to citizens. He emphasized that the Chief Minister’s Public Complaint Cell is serving as an effective platform for addressing public concerns.

Citizens Encouraged to Register Complaints

Baloch added that citizens can register their complaints through the Complaint Cell, where efforts are being made to ensure that issues are resolved without any delay. The spokesperson urged the public to utilize this platform for any civic or administrative issues they face, reiterating the government's dedication to transparent and efficient governance.
