The fatal shootout took place within the jurisdiction of the Ratodero Police Station, near the bypass area. The two slain individuals were identified as Khuda Bakhsh, alias Khado Jalbani, and Mir Hassan, alias Miro Jalbani.
Authorities confirmed that Khuda Bakhsh was a particularly notorious figure, with a government-announced bounty of two million rupees on his head. His criminal record was extensive, involving him in more than 64 serious cases. He had been declared a proclaimed offender in at least 33 separate instances.
His accomplice, Mir Hassan, was also a major threat to public safety. Police records indicate his involvement in over 55 serious criminal cases, and he was a proclaimed offender in 15 others.
