Cantt Zone Cricket Association President Syed Mashhood Hussain Shirazi and Vice President Chand Butt have reaffirmed their commitment to modernising the association and strengthening club cricket to provide better opportunities for emerging players. During a meeting at the LCCA Cricket Ground, the two officials held detailed discussions on the development of cricket in the Cantt Zone, administrative affairs, mutual cooperation and the association’s future roadmap.

Professional Approach to Club Cricket

They agreed to adopt a more professional and organised approach to managing club cricket, with a focus on creating a positive environment for young cricketers and improving the overall standard of the game. The meeting also reviewed the association’s performance, infrastructure development and various proposals aimed at promoting cricket across the zone.

Vice President Expresses Gratitude

Chand Butt expressed his gratitude to Lahore Region Cricket Association President Khawaja Nadeem Ahmed, the Cantt Zone Cricket Association’s General Body and President Syed Mashhood Hussain Shirazi for reposing confidence in him following his appointment as vice president. He pledged to work wholeheartedly for the promotion of cricket, the development of young talent and the organisational strengthening of the association in line with the vision of the leadership.
