LAHORE - The election campaign of the Khawaja Nadeem (KN) Group received a significant boost ahead of the Cantt Zone Cricket Association elections, with Ghalib Gymkhana Cricket Club President Mian Hamza Fazal announcing his full support for the group’s candidates.
Presidential Candidate Visits Hamza Fazal
Presidential candidate Syed Mashhood Hussain Shirazi, accompanied by his associates, visited Hamza Fazal’s office, where a dinner was hosted in their honour. During the meeting, both sides discussed the upcoming Cantt Zone Cricket Association elections scheduled for June 19, along with future plans for cricket development in the zone.
Praise for Khawaja Nadeem’s Leadership
Hamza Fazal praised the leadership of Khawaja Nadeem Ahmed, stating that Lahore Region cricket had achieved remarkable success under his stewardship over the past three years, including several national titles. He credited these achievements to Nadeem’s vision, planning and commitment to the game.
Shirazi thanked Hamza Fazal for his unconditional support and acknowledged his contributions to club and veterans’ cricket. He also conveyed a special message from Lahore Region Cricket Association President Khawaja Nadeem Ahmed, appreciating Fazal’s services to cricket.
