The National Information Technology Board (NITB) has relaunched the City Islamabad App in an upgraded version, designed to provide citizens with a quicker, easier and more user-friendly digital experience. Through this application, residents of Islamabad can now access a wide range of public services from a single platform.
Integrated Digital Platform Under Pakistan Asaan Khidmat
The application has been developed under the “Pakistan Asaan Khidmat” initiative, which aims to make government services more accessible and convenient for the public. Officials stated that the platform will bring various government services together in one integrated digital system, helping advance the vision of a Digital Pakistan.
Modern Design and Improved Navigation
The updated app comes with a modern design, improved speed and smoother navigation, making it easier for users to find and use different services. Citizens can download the application by scanning the QR codes available for both Android and iOS devices. The initiative is part of broader efforts to digitize public service delivery in the country.
