Unhygienic Conditions Found

Inspection teams found poor sanitation conditions in kitchen areas, the presence of insects and pests, the use of overused rancid oil for food preparation, and unhygienic food storage practices. Open spices, dirty containers, rusted freezers, and improper storage of dairy products and meat were also detected. Officials further noted that food handlers lacked mandatory medical and training certificates.
