BAHAWALPUR - Section 144 has been imposed at examination centres established by the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Bahawalpur for conducting exams of the Intermediate (Part-I) Annual Examination 2026. According to an official press release issued here, a team of BISE Bahawalpur comprising officials reviewed the implementation of Section 144, security arrangements, and the seating environment provided for students. The team expressed complete satisfaction with the overall arrangements at the examination centers and the Board’s comprehensive security plan.

The press release stated that, under the clear policy of Commissioner Bahawalpur Division, Irfan Ali Kathia, district and tehsil administrations are actively monitoring examination centers to eliminate cheating mafias and ensure a fair examination environment. It emphasized that the Board is implementing a zero-tolerance policy against cheating. “Any negligence or misconduct found at examination centers will result in strict disciplinary action against those responsible,” it said. The officials reiterated their commitment to maintaining transparency, fairness, and the integrity of the examination system throughout the examination process.

The team also inspected the examination center at Government Graduate College for Women, Khairpur Tamewali during the Chemistry paper and other examination centers including Government Model High School Fort Abbas, Government Graduate College Fort Abbas, Government Girls Model High School Fort Abbas, and Government Higher Secondary School 319/HR Marot.
