PPHI Takes Over Four Health Facilities in Larkana
On the directives of the Government of Sindh’s Health Department, the administrative control of four health facilities in Larkana district—MCH Murad Wahan, GD Gajan Pur, GD Nazar, and City Larkana—has been successfully handed over to the People's Primary Healthcare Initiative (PPHI) management. The handover process was conducted by Dr. Shaukat Abro, District Health Officer (DHO) Larkana, while the facilities were officially taken over by Mr. Sanaullah Mangi, District Manager, PPHI Larkana.
Details of the Handover Process
The transfer process included the complete handover of medicines, inventories, medical equipment, furniture, fixtures, and other government assets of all the health facilities. This comprehensive transfer ensures the uninterrupted and efficient delivery of healthcare services to the people of District Larkana. According to Dr. Shaukat Abro, the handover was carried out smoothly, with all assets accounted for and documented.

With this transfer, all hospitals and health facilities in District Larkana are now under the management of PPHI.
