Pakistan and Türkiye Foreign Ministers Hold Key Telephonic Conversation
ISLAMABAD – Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar engaged in a crucial telephone conversation with Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan on Thursday. The two dignitaries deliberated on the evolving regional situation, highlighting the critical importance of dialogue and restraint in fostering stability.
According to an official statement from the Deputy Prime Minister’s Office, both leaders expressed optimism for an early mutual understanding among all parties involved, which they believe would significantly contribute to lasting peace and stability in the region.
Strengthening Bilateral Ties
The discussions also underscored the commitment to maintain close coordination on regional and international issues of shared interest. Both sides agreed to continue high-level engagements to further strengthen the multifaceted Pakistan–Türkiye partnership, which spans various sectors including trade, defense, and cultural exchange.
