Saudi Ambassador to the Maldives Yahya bin Hassan Al-Qahtani received Abdulla Riyaz, president of the Maldives Association of Fire, Safety and Security Industry, at the Saudi Embassy in Male on Tuesday.

The meeting was attended by Tariq Tayeb, head of economic and cultural affairs at the embassy. Discussions focused on issues of mutual interest, according to a post on X by the embassy.
In a separate development, Saudi Ambassador to Singapore Mohammad Abdullah Al-Ghamdi met John Hui, chief operating officer of Vizzio Technologies. The meeting explored opportunities for cooperation in digital twin technologies, artificial intelligence, and smart cities, as well as digital transformation initiatives aligned with Saudi Vision 2030, the embassy in Singapore stated on X.
