KARACHI - The Chief Minister of Sindh, Murad Ali Shah, has expressed deep sorrow over the firing incident in Pano Aqil. The CM expressed grief over the killing of a PPP leader and his driver. Taking notice of the incident, Murad Ali Shah has sought a detailed report from the Inspector General (IG) of Sindh Police. The Chief Minister directed that the perpetrators should be arrested immediately and brought before the law. He asserted that no compromise will be made on the law and order situation. The Chief Minister stated that he stands in solidarity with the bereaved families of the deceased.
Tribute to Mehdi Hassan
The Chief Minister also paid tribute to the legendary singer Mehdi Hassan, referring to him as Shahenshah-e-Ghazal. He acknowledged Hassan's immense contribution to the world of music and his enduring legacy.
