Security Forces Kill 10 Terrorists in IBOs Across Pakistan

In a significant blow to terrorist networks, Pakistan's security forces eliminated ten militants in two separate intelligence-based operations conducted in Balochistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa provinces.

Major Strike in Kalat Against Indian Proxy

According to a press release issued by the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) on Thursday, security forces conducted a targeted operation in Kalat District, Balochistan, on December 24 (Wednesday). The action was based on confirmed intelligence regarding the presence of terrorists belonging to the Indian proxy group, Fitna al Hindustan.

During the operation, forces effectively engaged the terrorists' location. After an intense exchange of fire, eight Indian-sponsored terrorists were killed. The ISPR stated that the eliminated militants were actively involved in numerous terrorist activities in the region.

A significant cache of weapons, ammunition, and explosives was recovered from their possession following the successful engagement.

Second Operation Neutralizes Wanted Khwarij Leader in D.I. Khan

In a simultaneous development, security forces conducted another intelligence-based operation (IBO) in the general area of Kulachi, Dera Ismail Khan district. This operation was launched following reports of the presence of Khwarij terrorists in the area.

The troops effectively engaged the terrorist location, resulting in the elimination of two Khwarij. Among those killed was the wanted ringleader, Dilawar, who had a government head money of Rs 4 million on him for his involvement in multiple terrorist acts.

The ISPR confirmed that the killed terrorists were actively involved in activities against security forces and the killing of innocent civilians. Weapons and ammunition were also recovered from them.

Relentless Counter-Terrorism Campaign Continues

The military's media wing emphasized that sanitization operations are ongoing in both areas to eliminate any other terrorists. These operations are part of the relentless Counter Terrorism campaign under the vision "Azm-e-Istehkam".

This vision, approved by the Federal Apex Committee on the National Action Plan, guides the efforts of Pakistan's Security Forces and Law Enforcement Agencies. The campaign continues at full pace with the clear objective to wipe out the menace of foreign-sponsored and supported terrorism from the country.

The successful operations underscore the armed forces' resolve to maintain security and stability across Pakistan, targeting all elements that threaten national peace.
