RAWALPINDI – Deputy Commissioner Murree, Agha Zaheer Abbas Shirazi, on Tuesday reviewed ongoing development schemes and Muharram-ul-Haram arrangements during visits to key sites across the district.

Inspection of Health and Education Facilities

Officials said he inspected THQ Hospital Murree and Government High School Sunny Bank, directing authorities to ensure availability of medicines, staff attendance and improved service delivery, while calling for better learning facilities in schools.

Review of Infrastructure Projects

He also reviewed construction work on RMK Road and instructed officials to complete the project within stipulated timelines and standards.

Muharram Arrangements

During the visit, he inspected routes of Muharram processions and gatherings in Trate, reviewing security, sanitation, traffic management and street lighting, and directed departments to finalize arrangements to ensure peaceful observance.
