In a series of successful operations, security forces have neutralized 13 Khawarij in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) and thwarted two infiltration attempts across the border, according to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR).

Operations in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

The operations were conducted in various districts of KP, where intelligence-based raids led to the elimination of 13 Khawarij. The security forces recovered a cache of weapons and ammunition from the hideouts of the militants. These operations are part of the ongoing efforts to maintain peace and stability in the region.

Infiltration Attempts Foiled

In addition to the ground operations, security forces successfully foiled two infiltration attempts along the Pakistan-Afghanistan border. The infiltrators were intercepted while trying to cross into Pakistani territory, and they were engaged effectively. The ISPR stated that the attempts were thwarted due to the vigilance and professionalism of the security forces.
